FirstView Bus Tracking App is Live! 

We are excited to be using the FirstView Bus Tracking App in Milton this year . If your child takes the bus and you would like to live track their bus, follow these simple steps: 

• Download the FirstView App from the app store. 

• Enter your name and contact information

• Confirm your account via email

• Choose Massachusetts

• Choose Milton SD

• Enter the MPS code: WSZZ (Please note this code changes each school year)

• Choose your child’s AM Route (note that Milton - 10A7B11C stands for buses 10A, 7B,11C) Your child’s bus number is on their bus pass. (Bus passes and routes will be sent at the end of August)

• Ignore MID Route 

• Choose your child’s PM Route 

• Choose your communication preferences

• Add a second student if needed.

• You can now track your child’s bus in real time!

Issues with the app can be resolved by FirstView by calling the toll-free phone number 888-889-8920 from 7am -5pm; emailing Customer Support at support@firstviewapp.com; using the in-app “✉” button to provide feedback.

Please be sure to still be at the bus stop ten minutes before your scheduled time, as the bus tracking could be off by a few minutes. Tracking is best used for longer delays or issues.
